I have had this pass done on me before, my first instinct told me what ever he was doing was wrong, however I have never been able to exploit the weaknesses I perceived. Great video, lots of details. Kudos for the well made video.

Cool vid, thanks for taking the time to break it down and explain. It looks like this would be the perfect way to negate the rubber guard if you can’t posture up and providing you kill the hips and stay as heavy and close as possible.

I want to thank you for this. I have terrible lower back problems, and often have a hard time keeping posture. I saw this pass a ways back and have been trying to make it work with some, but limited success.
